Banana & Pineapple smoothie

Ingredients
Directions
Using 1/3 cup of a 500g cup of plain low fat yogurt. I don't use flavoured yogurt (like vanilla or such) since I don't want it to be a very sweet smoothie. It should rather be refreshing on a hot summer day! Low fat milk & grapefruit juice provide the desired drinkable consistency, feel free to vary the amount of of both liquids. Use bananas for a smooth taste and as a base for the smoothie not to be too liquid. Add pineapple until desired taste - less for sweeter & more banana-like taste, more for a fresh grapefruit & pineapple taste.
Cut bananas in small slices, do the same with the pineapple. Put into a container together with milk, yogurt & grapefruit juice. Stir until it has deserved consistency.
