Lizzy Crockpot Chicken Taco Stew

Ingredients
1 Onion chopped1 15.5 oz can black beans low sodium1 15.5 oz can red kidney beans6 oz. frozen corn1 8 oz can tomato sauce2 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes with green chilies1 1.25 pack of taco lower sodium seasoning mixApprox 1 1/3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breastMexican seasoning to taste
Directions
Mix everything together in crock pot except chicken and Mexican seasoning [I have a large crock pot and do a double batch]
Lay chicken on top and sprinkle with Mexican seasoning
Cook on low 6-8 hrs or high for 3-4 hrs. In the last 30 minutes remove and shred chicken and return to pot and mix well.
Serve over Texmati brown rice [not included in nutritional info]
