Chili with beans

Ingredients
6oz roasted pork loin, shredded2 cups of cooked black beans2 cups of cooked pinto beans2 cans chopped tomatoes1 large can tomato sauce1 cup chopped green pepper1 cup chopped red pepper1 cup chopped celery1 large onion chopped4 cloves of garlic, pressed1-3 Tbs chili powder1-2 tsp salt2 Tbs beef soup base1 TBs cumin1 tsp oregano1/2 cup apple cider or 1 small apple, chopped
Directions
Throw ingredients into a crock pot and simmer all day. Adjust seasonings to taste.
