Turkey Mushroom Burgers

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey2 cups of fresh mushrooms1 packet of beefy onion soup mix
Directions
Saute mushrooms(medium heat) in skillet until softened. Transfer to large bowl. Put in ground turkey and sprinkle soup mix on top. Using hands form mixture into 5 patties. Heat skillet(medium heat) and cook patties about 6 minutes on each side.

Serving Size: Makes 5 patties.
