Ingredients
4 tbsp of corn starch (mixed in 1 cup of water)2 oz of dried tomato .5 cup of green peppers chopped1 whole sweet onion2 tbsp of olive oil4 cups 2% milkadd spices to taste
Directions
make sure you mix the corn starch in water to thin it out and prevent lumps.
chop up the onions, green peppers, and the tomato halves. if not then purchase them cut.
add spices (what ever you like, I used lemon pepper, oregano, basil, salt to taste and garlic) saute them in the olive oil. let them cook a bit.
then add the milk and once its hot add the corn starch (slowly) to thicken.
then add the slices of cheese. now since i did not have a block of cheddar cheese. i had to substitute it with the slices of cheese...add which ever cheese you like. but it's not to be too cheesy.
once cooked pour over pasta..i used whole wheat penne. you also add chicken if you like.

ENJOY!
