Vegan Fruit Medley Crisp

Ingredients
Filling:- 2 apples, diced-2 peaches, diced-2 pears, diced- 2 cups cranberries whole-1/2 a container motts unsweeted apple sauce (individual size (3oz))-stevia, powder or liquid to tasteTopping:-1 Dixie Diner Soy Rocks Bar, crumbled (optional)-1/3 cup oatmeal-Other half of the apple sauce-1/4 cup crushed all bran cereal-cinnamon-stevia, powder or liquid to taste-1/4 tsp nutmeg-1/2 tsp cinnamon-Fat free butter spray
Directions
**preheat oven to 375f**

1. Put all the FIlling ingredients together in a round casserole dish

2. Mix all of the topping ingredients together. Put on top evenly on the fruit. Spray a bit more butter spray on the top evenly.

3. Cover & bake for 30-40mins @ 375f
