Creamy Southwest Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1/2 box Ronzini Pasta cooked and drained1/2 fresh jalapeno pepper, diced1/2 cup sliced scallions1 Plum tomato, diced1 can of Mexicorn, drained1 can of mushrooms, drained1 cup of black beans, drained & rinsedJuice from 1/2 lime3/4 cup Miracle Whip light3/4 cup Light Sour Cream2 Tbsp fresh cilanatro, chopped2 Tbsp Southwest or Chipotle Seasoning
Directions
Boil pasta to desired tenderness, drain, & set aside.

Cut up vegetables and cilantro and place in large bowl. Add corn, mushrooms, and black beans. Squeeze the half lime over the ingredients. Add pasta

In small bowl, combine seasoning, Miracle Whip, and sour cream. Mix thoroughly then add to large mixing bowl. Mix well and refrigerate until time to serve.
