Shredded Pork - slow cooker

Ingredients
1 1/2 teasponns garlic powder1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper1 teaspoon celery salt1 3-pound boneless pork shoulder roast2 large onions, cut into thin wedges
Directions
1. In small bowl, stir together garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and celery salt. Trim fat from meat. Sprinkle pepper mixture evenly over meat, rub in with your fingers. If necessary, cut meat to fit into a 3 1/2 or 4 quart slow cooker.
2. Place onions in the bottom of the cooker. Add meat. Pour 1/2 cup water over meat.
3. Cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 10 hours or on high heat setting for 4 to 5 hours. Transfer meat and onions from cooker to a cutting board; discard cooking lilquid. Using two forks, pull apart meat into shreds.
4. Serve with broccoli slaw and buns.
