95% lean ground/minced beefCapsicum/Red pepperOnionBreadcrumbsKetchup/tomato sauceWorcestershire sauceEggOreganoPaprikaSalt Pepper
Directions
Finely grate or chop all solid ingredients, then simply mix it all together (by hand works best). Dry fry in a non-stick pan, or grill. Delicious!
