Cauliflower Daiya Shreds Cassarole

Ingredients
Cauliflower, frozen, cooked, 2 ea 16 oz bags, mashed someSmoked Turkey Breast (fat free), 4 slices, choppedCheese, Dairy-Free, Daiya, Cheddar Style, 1 cupOnion, 0.5 cup, chopped and pre-cooked to translucentParkay, Squeeze Margarine, 1 TbspSalt and Pepper to tasteLouisiana hot sauce to taste (optional)Garlic powder to taste (optional)
Directions
Cook cauliflower and onions separately. Mash cauliflower with potato masher to make smaller pieces. Mix all ingredients together, spreading 1/4 cup of the cheese on top. Cook until all cheese is melty inside cassarole.
