Crock Pot Pulled Pork Taco Meat

32 oz pork tenderloin3 cups Salsa Verde (or your favorite salsa)1 packet Taco Seasoning
Spray crock pot with cooking spray. Wash the pork under cool water and pat dry. Place pork in crock pot. Pour taco seasoning and then salsa on top of pork. Cook on High for 4-5 hrs or Low for 8-9 hrs, or until the meat easily pulls apart. Shredd the pork and serve.
Recommended - serve with whole grain taco shells, fat free sour cream, low fat cheese, avocados and bell pepper.
