3 tbsp Braggs Soy Seasoning1 1/2 tbsp minced ginger2 tbsp white wine2 teaspoons cornstarch3 cloves garlic1 1/2 tsp sesame oil1 tbsp canola oil.5 cup sliced leeks3 carrots chopped1 cup shiitake mushrooms sliced1 cup collard greens finely chopped1 cup kale finely chopped1 cup snap peas, finely chopped1/2 block xtra firm tofu
Mix first 6 ingredients and set aside. Saute carrot, leek, and mushrooms in canola oil for 2 minutes. Add other vegetables and saute 2 more minutes. Add tofu saute 1 minute. Add the additional ingredients and stir 1 minute.
I serve this on rice paper wraps with homemade peanut sauce. You can replace the collards and kale with napa cabbage.
