Chocolate Puddle Cookies

Ingredients
4 cups powdered sugar2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder(pinch salt)1 tablespoon vanilla extract4 large egg whites1 cup dark chocolate chips1 cup white chocolate chips
Directions
Combine sugar and cocoa powder with a pinch of salt in a medium mixing bowl. Add in vanilla and egg whites and stir slowly until all combined (mixture should be shiny and thick). Fold in white and dark chips. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes on parchment-lined baking sheets. Let cool completely before removing from baking sheet, or these will stick!
