Oatmeal Peanut butter Energy Bars

Ingredients
6 T Agave Nectar light1/2 c Skippy Naturals Peanut butter2 T maple syrup (pure)1 T EVOO (extra Virgin Olive oil)2 T Blackstrap Molasses1/2 t cinnamon *adding more can help you reduce the other sugars1 t vanilla Extract2 C rolled oats2 C rice crispy * I use grapenuts1/2 c flaxseed1/2 c sliced almonds1/2 c apricots or rasins1/2 c chopped dates
Directions
In small saucepan over medium heat combine first 6 ingredients. Cook until mixture bubbles 3-5 minutes

Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.

In large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Pour peanut butter mixture over top of dry ingredients. Press into 9 x 13 parchment paper lined pan.

Cut and serve after cooled.

Serving Size:  Each serving measures 1.8" x 2.25"
