Directions
wash and cut okra's into small peices and stir fry in non stick pan untill lightly browned.
in pressure cooker boil meat till tender.
in a separate pot fry oniopns in oil and ginger garlic pastes and spices braise for 1 min than add chopped tomatoes and braise till tomatoes are melted than add in fried okra and meat and cook for 10 min.
if consistency is too runny cook longer .
