Low Fat Fast Enchiladas

Ingredients
1 can refried black beans1 c Chi Chi's thick and chunky salsa1 1/4 c Mexican style taco cheese blend shredded cheese1/2 lb ground beef1/2 can olives2 full lavash bread (Joseph's Flax, oat bran & Whole Wheat reduced carb and reduced fat)1 sm onion chopped1 batch Granny's Enchilada Sauce recipe found in Spark recipe search.
Directions
brown hamburger with chopped onion. add 1/2 enchilada sauce and refried beans. mix layer bean mixture like lazana. first the beans, next olives, then a lavash bread. repeat 1x top with remaining enchilada sauce and cheese.

Bake 350 for 30 min. or until cheese is golden brown.

Serving Size: makes 18 pieces. Each serving measures 2.17" x 3"
