Bison Chili Mary

2- packages of ground bison/ 1 lb each (454g)1- can of whole peeled tomatoes in tomatoe juice/ (28 oz) (793 g) or (1 lb 12 oz)2- cans Rotel original diced tomatoes & green chilies/ 10oz each (283g)small- medium onion-choppedchili powder of your choice Salt if you must
This is done in one pot.
Brown ground bison -no need to drain, add the 2 cans of rotel tomatoes & green chilies, drain one if you like it thicker and less spicey.
If you don't want the extra onion omit from recipe...other wise add to the pot at any time.
If you buy whole canned tomatoes chop them up before you add them juice and all!
Add chili powder to taste
The longer it cooks the better it gets!
