Zucchini ''noodless'' lasagna

Ingredients
2 large zucchinis1/2 cup of marinara1 cup low fat ricotta1/2 cup dried italian herbs1/2 cup mozzarella 1 cup mushrooms2 tbsp parmesan cheese
Directions
Slice zucchini thin. Mix dried herbs with ricotta cheese. Then layer zucchini, mushrooms, ricotta, mozzarella cheese then repeat for three layers then bake at 350 for 30 minutes with aluminum foil on and then take foil off for the last 15 minutes. enjoy!
