Cider Vinegar, 0.50 tbsp Grapeseed Oil, 2 1tsp Water, tap, 1.75 cup Honey, 1 tbsp Kosher Salt, 1 tsp Yeast, Red Str Active Dry Yeast, 0.50 tsp Rice flour, white, 1 cup Rice flour, brown, 2 cup Ascorbic Acid powder, 1 tsp., **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tspWater, tap, 4 tsp (Mix with Flax meal to make a gel)*Lecithin, .5 tsp
Combine wet ingredients in a large bowl, add sifted dry ingredients - mix until the dough is shaggy/sticky. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and then place dough in a greased bread pan inside oven. Turn off heat - let rise for 90 mins. Then turn up heat to 350 and bake for 30-40 mins until the crust is golden brown.
