Quinoa Granola

Ingredients
Oats, 2 cup Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 0.25 cup, hulledPumpkin Seeds, 0.25 cup Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbspVanilla or Almond Extract, 1 tsp Honey, 0.5 cup Butter, unsalted, 0.25 cup Red River Hot Cereal, 1.5 cupCooked Quinoa, 4 cup
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Bake on parchment lined cookie sheet at 300 F for about 30 minutes our until golden. Allow to cool. Store in sealed container. Yummy!
