Rice Pudding, baked , using brown rice.

Ingredients
*Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup (cooked rice)Raisins 1/2 cupMilk, canned, evaporated, 1 can (13 oz)Milk, 1%, 1 1/2 cupEgg, fresh, 3 large Granulated Sugar, 1/2 cupVanilla Extract, 1 tsp Cinnamon 1 tspnutmeg 1/4 tsp
Directions
Whisk up the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla and spices. Stir in rice and raisins. Pour into a 'greased with butter' casserol. Bake at 350* for about 1 hr. Stir after 20 minutes.(You might want to check it in 40-45 minutes in case your oven is hotter than mine). It's done when knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
