Cook 1.5 cups dry lentils in water(this will be 3 cups cooked)Add olive oil to pan, add onion, pepper, celery, carrot amd saute times 10 minutes. Add chili powder, mustard , salt and pepper. Add to cooked lentils in mixing bowl, add tomato paste, oats and egg whites. Mash moderatley. Form into patties. Oil a baking pan lightly, I spray it with an olive oil spray. Bake at 350 degree for 20-25 minutes. Turn over half way through. Serve on a roll.
