Easy (not necessarily) White Bean Hummus

White kidney beans (1 can drained and rinsed)Crushed garlic (2 tsps may be too much for some, it is pretty strong)Crushed cilantro (had it in the freezer and need to use it up- 2 tsp may be too much for some here, also)Canola oil (approximately 1 TBSP or less- I added some in to calm the garlic)
Add to blender or food processer and mix until blended- longer for really creamy.
Serving Size: makes 6, 1/4-cup servings
