Tuna Pasta Salad

¼ cup of vinegar1 cup of diced onion1 can of tuna fish (packed in water)1 box of Elbow Macaroni (cooked)3 cups of low fat mayo1 small can of sweet peas1 small block of cheese diced into small cubes¼ cup of spicy brown mustard
1. Boil Noodles, drain them and allow to sit in cool water while preparing the rest of the food.
2. Chop 1 cup of onion, cube the brick of cheddar. Drain water from the tuna.
3. Drain Noodles and place in a large mixing bowl. Add all of the remaining ingredients. Mix and allow to sit in the fridge for an hour or so before serving.
