Kefta Kabab's

Ingredients
Directions
1 lb of ground lamb1.25 lb of ground turkey¾ of a small - med onion - diced small6 cloves of garlic - minced½ cup dried parsley4 tsp each cumin, coriander and paprika½ + to taste Greek Seasoning and pepper
Form into elongated patty/tube (1 ½ inch balls) and grill or broil (on broil rack to lift out of grease) 4-5 minutes on each side.
Slice kebab into little rounds and serve with mini pita (3), hummus, baba ganoush, red onion and a little feta cheese... Great with Israeli salad or a green salad. YUM!
