Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef, browned1 cup chopped onions15-oz. can kidney beans or butter beans1 cup sliced carrots1/4 cup rice, uncooked1 quart stewed tomatoes3-1/2 cups water5 beef boullion cubes1 Tbsp. parsley flakes1 tsp. salt1/8 stp. pepper1/4 tsp. dried basil1 bay leaf
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
2. Cover. Cook on Low 8-10 hours.
Tip: Add more herbs and additional seasonings for zestier flavor.
