Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Raisin Mini Scones

1/2 lb. butter2 cups white sugar2 cups brown sugar2 cups canned pumpkin4 eggs2 tsp vanilla4 cups flour5 cups oatmeal (blended in blender until powdery like flour)2 tbs pumpkin pie spice2 cups chocolate chips1 cup raisins2 tsp. baking powder2 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 350 -- 1 mini scone = 1 serving
Cream together butter, sugar, vanilla. Add in eggs and then add in pumpkin.
In separate bowl add flour, blender oatmeal, baking soda, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, salt. Mix well. Add in chocolate chips and raisins.
Drop onto ungreased baking sheet and cook at 350 for 10 minutes. Cool on racks.
