Mixed grain arabic bread

Ingredients
whole wheat flour(150gms-1c)al baker flour(150gms-1c)oats flour(75gms-.5c)soyabean flour(75gms-.5c)bajara flour(75gms-.5c)salt(7gms)olive oil-1cinstant yeast-00 tspmilk-3% warm-275mlsugar-1.5tsp
Directions
Wrm the milk. Mix all the flours. Add sugar, sprinke yeast. Mix again. add olive oil. Add warm milk and knead the flour for 7min. Gather all the flour in a ball. apply oil. cover with cling film. Keep in closed container in dark place. let it raise for an hour. Then knead again using little flour. Gather and keep in the container for an hr. Take the flour out. knead nicely. Make 15 equal size balls (35gms each). roll them out. Bake in the hot oven for 5-7 min.
