2 oz dry vermouthSpinach, fresh, 1 bunch choppedGarlic, 3 cloves mincedWalnuts, .5 cup, chopped Pasta, Barilla Cellentani, 4 ozRaisins, .25 cup, packed 2T red pepper flakes, or to taste
heat skillet and add vermouth.
add garlic and spinach, cook several min until wilted.
decrease heat to low and add walnuts,raisins, pepper flakes and salt to taste
meanwhile cook pasta al dente and stir into spinach mixture.
