Turkey Taco Filling

Ingredients
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil1/2 pound ground turkey1 cup chopped yellow onion1/2 cup diced celery1/2 cup diced yellow bell pepper1 packet taco seasoning1/2 cup water
Directions
Add olive oil to skillet over medium heat. Cook onions, celery and pepper for 10 minutes until soft. Add ground turkey and cook for additional 5 minutes. Add Taco seasoning packet and water then cook for an additional 5 minutes.
