Baked Chicken & Potato w/Cream of Mushroom

Ingredients
5 chicken legs2 tblsp butter1/2 cup chicken broth1 cup onion- sliced1/2- 1 whole potato (your preference)1 can cream of mushroom soupGarlic, salt, pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Cut potato into cubes. Meanwhile, melt 2 tablsp butter in a baking dish. Place chicken legs into dish and arrange potatoes around chicken legs. Lay onion slices on top of chicken legs. Cover with 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup of chicken broth (or more depending on preference). Season with salt, pepper, garlic to taste.
Bake 35-40 minutes at 350.

    Followed the recipe to the letter. Undercooked so I put it for more time. That didnt help. Still undercooked. Turned up the heat to 375 for 20 more min. If this dosent help I'm ordering a pizza. Not a good recipe. - 1/20/15
