Garden Salad

Ingredients
4 cups mixed greens1 cup chopped long english cucumber1 cup chopped celery3/4 cup chopped carrots7 cherry tomatoes halved1 green onion finley chopped1/2 large red bell pepper chopped
Directions
Chop all vegetables into bite size pieces and mix together. Arrange lettuce on salad plates and top with chopped veggies. Serve with your favorite light dressing or an oil & balsamic vinegar dressing.

    Healthy, veggies only. < 1g of fat, no cholesterol. Without dressing this is a free food. Eat as much as you want, no limit. I would either use a calorie free dressing (vinegar and water with spices) or Olive oil and vinegar. I'm saving this to my favorite - 9/10/13
