4 tbsp Hellmann's Light Mayonaise2/5 cup chopped Onions3 canned chicken breast (98% fat free, 4.5oz each)Raisins-to taste (recipe includes about 30)

Mix everything together, but add the mayonnaise last, so you can add to taste when you think its moist enough.
