creamy thick veggie casserole

Ingredients
# *98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup, 12 oz # Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped # Celery, raw, 4 cup, diced # *Bok Choy, raw-shredded, 5 cup # Onions, raw, .5 cup, sliced # *Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 0.25 cup
Directions
cut up all the veggies besides onions, put in a casserole dish
mix 2/3 cup of water and mushroom mix into casserole until it looks all the same consistency
chop up onion, and sprinkle over the top,
the take bisquick mis and do the same, (you dont need to mix it in) just coat the top of the casserol,
cook covered and 425 for about 40 mins, then un-covered for about 10-15
then let sit for a wee bit, and enjoy! you may want to add salt and pepper too
