Southwestern Pasta Salad

12 oz. tri-color fusilli pasta1/2 c. extra light olive oil6 T. lime juice (3 oz)2-3 T. chili powder1 T. cumin1 tsp saltpepper to taste3 cloves minced garlic1 (15 oz.) can corn1 1/2 cans (15 oz each) black beans/approx 2 cups3/4 c. chopped red or orange bell pepper3/4 c. chopped yellow bell pepper1 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes (roma or cherry), seeds removed3/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
Cook pasta in boiling salted water for approx. 8 minutes/until al dente. Rinse with cold water and drain.
Mix dressing in large measuring cup: oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and garlic.
In large bowl, combine pasta, corn, black beans, peppers, tomatoes, and cilantro. Pour in dressing and mix well.
Serve chilled (best) or at room temperature.
