Ingredients
5 spears of asparagus, chopped1/4 cup chopped onion1/2 cup egg beaters2 oz shredded Monteray Jack CheeseSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Spray small pan with non-stick cooking spray. Saute asparagus and onion until the asparagus is bright green. Poor egg over veggies and add cheese. Salt and Pepper to Taste. Stir until eggs are cooked. Serves one!
