Low Cal Shiitake Mushroom, broccoli, and red pepper soup

Ingredients
1 onion chopped3 cloves garlic chopped1 cup shiitake mushrooms chopped1 tbsp olive oil4 cups broccoli1 cup red pepper chunks4 cups vegetable stock1 tsp Braggs1/2 tsp tarragon1/4 tsp thyme
Directions
Saute onion, garlic and mushrooms in oil. Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. For a thicker soup, blend half.
