Tangy Asian dressing

Ingredients
* Natural Almond Butter, 30 grams or a few tbsp * *Soy sauce, kikkoman (light), 3 tbsp * Seasoned Rice Vinegar, 3 tbsp * Garlic, 1 clove minced or finely grated * Ginger Root, 1 tsp
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, can slightly heat to mix more easily if desired. Stores in refrigerator for a few days, but will thicken more when left overnight, so you can add vinegar or water to thin if desired.
