1 1/2 cups milk, 1%1 - 1 oz. pkg. (4 servings) Sugar Free Jell-O Pudding of your choice.4 tbsp. Sugar-free Cool Whip.
Mix Milk and Sugar Free Jell-O Pudding of your choice together. Let chill in fridge for 5 minutes then divide into 2 small bowls and top with 2 tbsp Sugar Free Cool Whip. With less milk I find the pudding thicker and more satisfying.
