Almost fat free no bake pumpkin cheesecake

Ingredients
4 oz. fat free cream cheese1 TBSP skim milk or 1% milk1 TBSP sugar1 container fat free Cool Whip1 reduced-fat graham cracker crust(or regular pie crust if you couldn't find it, like me!)1 cup skim milk or 1% milk1 can pumpkin2 pkgs of fat free sugar free VANILLA pudding mix- not chocolate like it says above.1 TSP ground cinnamon1 TBSP pumpkin pie spice
Directions
Mix cream cheese, 1 tbsp milk and sugar in a bowl with a whisk until well blended. Stir in 1/2 Cool Whip. Spread into bottom of crust. Refrigerate this while performing next steps.
Pour 1 cup milk into a bowl. Add pumpkin, dry pudding mixes and spices. Beat with wire whisk until blended/2 minutes.
Spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Top with remaining Cool Whip just before serving.

Makes 8 slices.
