Ingredients
5 lbs chicken breast w/o skin...or other cut up chicken parts.2 tbls of olive oil2 tbls ground thyme1 teaspoon of ground black pepper1 teaspoon of kosher or sea salt ground.
Directions
makes 20 4oz servings. place all ingredients in crockpot give a stir to coat chicken with oil and seasonings and let it cook on low for 8 hrs. Great for all kinds of chicken dishes, salads, etc.
