Ingredients
2 cups egg whites2 large eggs1/2 c. nonfat milk6 small to medium spears asparagus chopped1/3 cup onion choppedapprox. 2 oz sara lee maple honey ham chopped4 oz grated romano cheesesalt and pepper
Directions
beat eggs, whites, and milk. add chopped ingredients, add salt and pepper to taste, pour in glass casserole dish. bake for 35 min at 375. add romano to top of dish and bake 10 minutes more
