Pizza Rolls

12 sargento light string cheese12 fat free soft taco tortillas (la banderita)20 oz 93% lean ground turkey1-3/4 cup ragu light tomato basil sauce1 tsp garlic salt1 tsp ground fennel seed1 tsp dried oregano1 tsp dried basil1 tsp onion powder2 oz boars head pepperoni slices, chopped1/2 cup steamed spinach, pureed with 2 tbsp water
Brown turkey add sauce, spices, pepperoni and pureed spinach. Cook thru, remove from heat.
Place 1/3 cup of meat mixture on tortilla, place 1 string cheese in the middle and roll up. Place seam side down on baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.
*can freeze before baking. to cook, place frozen rolls on baking sheet, cover with tin foil and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Or until done.
