Overnight Salad

Ingredients
1- Large head of iceberg lettuce rinsed and cut into bite sized pieces1- Large head of cauliflower cut into bite sized pieces1/4 c- grated parmesan cheese1lb- bacon cooked, drained and crumbledabout 1c- Helman's light mayo1- Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix packet
Directions
In large bowl layer first four ingredients (lettuce on bottom, cauliflower, cheese and then bacon crumbles)

Using a rubber spatula; very SLOWLY spread mayo EVENLY over the surface of layered ingredients.

Sprinkle seasoning packet over top of mayo. (this will look really weird especially right before you mix it, but trust me it is delicious)

Refrigerate overnight (or not at all if you don't want to make in advance)

Mix well before serving.
