Rustic Tomato Soup

Ingredients
1/2 tsp olive oil1/2 tsp minced garlic1/2 cup chopped onions1.5 cups chicken broth3 cup diced tomatoes (with juice)1/2 tsp. dried oregano1/4 tsp. salt1 tsp. black pepper4 tsp. parmesan cheese
Directions
Heat oil in a sauce pan. Add onions and garlic and cook until onions are softened. Add broth, tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes. Divide into bowls, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
