Ingredients
egg white, fresh, 5 large (remove)Oats, 0.4 cup (remove)Honey, 1 tbsp (remove)1 Tbsp Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 1 Tbsp serving Kretschmer Wheat Germ
Directions
Blend all ingredient, except honey, pour in non-stick frying man. Pour on honey and enjoy for a protein rich breakfast.
