Hangnon's Mango Salsa

Ingredients
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) dicedOnions, raw, .33 cup, chopped Yambean (jicama), raw, 1/3 dicedMangos, 1 cup, dicedCilantro, raw, 1 tbsp chopped*lime juice from 1/2 med size limeGarlic, 2 cloves mincedjalepeno
Directions
Wash all vegetables. Dice tomatoes and put in bowl. Add chopped onion, diced jicama, diced mango, cilantro, jalepeno and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lime juice. Chill and let flavors blend. Serve with chips or on tacos or burritos.
