Grain Free Carrot Bread

Ingredients
* *Almond Meal, Trader Joe's, 0.5 cup * Carrots, raw, 100 grams * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp * Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp * *Sucralose (like Splenda), 1/4 cup * Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 0.5 cup * Baking Powder, 1 tsp * Egg, fresh, 2 large * 100% Liquid Egg Whites, 0.25 cup * Pea Protein Powder- 2 servings (70grams)
Directions
Preheat to 350.

Grate carrots, then combine with eggs, applesauce, splenda.
Mix dry ingredients then add to wet ingredients.

Add to 9-inch loaf pan.

Bake for ~50 minutes.

Makes 8 slices.
