Ingredients
1 can tuna (in water-drained)1/4 cup chopped onion1/4 cup chopped carrots1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper1 tsp soft margarine2 cup Iceberg lettuce (salad) Shredded or chopped
Directions
Place margarine in a pan and warm to a sauté temperature.
Place chopped onion, pepper, and carrots in pan and sauté till tender.
Place Tuna in pan and sauté (careful not to burn) for about 2-4 minutes.
Place over salad while still hot and enjoy.

No salad dressing is needed.
