Chicken Divan Crepes

2 TBS Butter2 TBS Flour1 C Chicken Broth Fat Free1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce1 C Cheddar Cheese, shredded1/4 C Cheddar Cheese, Fat Free Shredded1 TBS Sour Cream - Fat Free10 oz Broccoli, Cooked1.5 C Chicken, cooked / chopped8 Crepes
Melt Butter in saucepan - add flour and stir and cook for a few minutes. Add Worcestershire and Chicken Broth. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Stir in 1 Cup Cheddar and stir to melt. Stir in Sour Cream.
Lay out 8 crepes and parcel out the cooked and chopped chicken and broccoli down centers of each crepe. Ladle 2 TBS of the cheese sauce over chicken/broccoli.
Assemble Crepes:
Fold one side into over chicken, then fold other side over and place in oven proof dish. You can place them all into one pan or you can place them in individual pans.
Drizzle the remaining cheese sauce over each crepe. Then sprinkle the remaining Fat Free Cheddar over each crepe.
When ready to serve- Bake at 350 F for 20-30 minutes until hot and cheese is melty.
